Self-Care With Community

This interdisciplinary project began as a series of interviews with writers on the topic of mental health and well-being, called Self-Care With Writers.

Self-Care With Community is an evolved space committed to the integration of self-care with community care. Each conversation highlights the vulnerability and well-being of the individual, in order to serve the well-being of the collective.

In a time of re-invention, connect with community and service leaders to find the resources we need to care for what’s important.

  1. Glad to find your blog!

I’m a fellow HuffPost blogger living with postpartum bipolar disorder. I have been a freelance writer for twenty years, interviewing luminaries such as Dr. Kay Redfield Jamison, SARK and Anthony Bourdain, and my book “Birth of a New Brain – Healing from Postpartum Bipolar Disorder” will be published by Post Hill Press next year.

I would love to spread the word about your blog on my personal blog. 🙂

    all my best,

      1. I’d love 💜 to be interviewed & I would be honored, to say the least! My book doesn’t come out until Fall, 2017, but I’ll be keeping in touch with you via your blog & Twitter etc!

I promise not to forget to mention your blog & link to it. Off to write that note down on a neon Post-It! I need all the reminders I can get. 😜

Thanks for the follows, and I hope you have a good day! :))
        your new fan,
